Oklahoma Panhandle State University Policy for Reporting Incidents of Hazing
OPSU encourages anyone who experiences, witnesses, or has information about any past, current, or planned hazing to immediately make a report. Reports may be made anonymously, although providing contact information is preferred so the University can provide necessary follow-up.
Reports of hazing may be made to the following:
- Morgan Trevino, Director of the Noble Center and Student Activities (Noble Center or (580) 349-1368
- Victor Esparza, Athletic Director, McKee Library West/Athletics or (580) 349-1324.
- Laura Hutchinson, Dean of Students, Office of Student Affairs (Sewell 131 or 580-349-1359).
- Andy Ramirez, Chief of Police, Garrett Leo Draper Clubhouse or (580) 468-0915.
- Law Enforcement
- Dial 911 to report emergency situations.
- Dial (580) 468-0915 for non-emergency situations to speak with Dispatch; they will connect you with Campus Police.

Being as detailed as possible when reporting hazing is critical for OPSU to properly follow-up with the allegations. To the extent possible, reports will be kept anonymous. The Office of Student Affairs may follow up with you after you submit a report to gather more information and/or provide resources.
