Jake Haugland

Adjunct Instructor of Earth Science

Jake Haugland is an adjunct professor of Earth Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Colorado-Boulder. He specializes in cold climate geomorphology, soil geomorphology, and mountain geography. He lives in Alaska with his wife of 22 years along with 3 children, his oldest child lives in Idaho. His family has 4.5 acres with 2 dogs, 25 chickens, 7 ducks, and multiple gardens. He loves to fish and hunt.
