They will also gain professional expertise in hospitality management, revenue management, financial planning, hospitality marketing, service operations, and contemporary industry technology. Additionally, the program provides hands-on technical training in finance and budgeting, marketing and branding, customer service strategies, supply-chain management, hotel and tourism market data analysis, and event and conference management. By blending these skills with real-world applications and industry certifications, OPSU graduates will be well-prepared to enter the workforce with confidence and competence.
